Путеводитель по Котору | Kotor In Your Pocket

Kotor viewJust 80km from Podgorica and 90km from Dubrovnik, the town of Kotor (14,000 inhabitants) has the most dramatic setting of any town along the Mediterranean. In the far corner of the impressive Kotor bay, surrounded by 1,400 metre high mountains, its medieval stone buildings huddle together within the small triangle of the old town, squeezed between the waterfront and the mountains raising up vertically behind. It's been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1979 and you'd be mad not to visit.

Путеводитель по Подгорице | Podgorica In Your Pocket

Podgorica

Podgorica

A modern capital with a gleaming new main square, a smattering of low-key sights and plenty of fountains and public taps, Podgorica never set out to conquer the planet with its beauty. On a hot summers' afternoon the place is deserted and unattractive as can be - but come late afternoon and you'll be sucked up in a lively and friendly crowd of students, pretty girls, bodybuilders, old ladies and chubby men with man-bags, all strolling around the pedestrianised streets - and soon you'll know what makes Podgorica our favouritest tiniest capital city.
